Land Services

Our Land Division specializes in the disposition or acquisition of raw land.

Whether the client’s goal is sell their property or to acquire property for development or investment / speculation purposes, we approach each assignment with a very systematic and well organized process from the initial market research, comparable analysis and recommendations.

One of the biggest strengths of our Land Division is the specialization of our associates. We have carefully divided each major land market in Our region into smaller submarkets and then assigned at least one land broker specialist to each area. That individual has the responsibility to specialize in that particular submarket and know everything that is “happening”.
